Blaine is a Pokémon TCG Pocket deck archetype currently in Tier C. The deck revolves around Fire Pokémon and includes cards such as Blaine, Rapidash, and Ninetales.
Deck Guide
Since this deck caps out at Stage 1 evolutions that have powerful yet fairly cheap attacks with both Ninetales and Rapidash, Blaine decks can usually "go under" most other meta decks.
Place Kangaskhan in the Active spot to stall if you don't have your Stage 1 Pokémon ready while you evolve your Bench. Once you have enough Energy on your attackers, go on the offensive. With Blaine, you may be able to deal up to 130 damage with Rapidash or 120 damage with Ninetales for only 2 Fire energy, which is usually enough to KO even some powerful ex Pokémon.
