Charizard ex is a Pokémon TCG Pocket deck archetype currently in Tier B. The deck revolves around Fire Pokémon and includes cards such as Charizard ex and Moltres ex.

Charizard ex has one of the most powerful attacks in the game dealing a base 200 damage with Crimson Storm, but it comes at a hefty cost.
Your ideal starting lineup is a Moltres ex in the Active spot and Charmander in the Bench. This way your Moltres ex can absorb some early damage while using Inferno Dance to ramp up your (future) Charizard ex's energy.
Single copies of Growlithe and Arcanine ex are there as a backup plan in case you don't find the necessary evolutions for Charmander, or can't quite line up the necessary energy to use Crimson Storm at the right time.
