Starmie ex is a Pokémon TCG Pocket deck archetype currently in Tier A. The deck revolves around Water Pokémon and includes cards such as Starmie ex and Greninja.
Deck Guide
As a Stage 1 with a two energy attack that deals 90 DMG, Starmie ex has one of the most efficient attacks in the game. If you are going second and have both a Staryu and Starmie ex in hand, you can deal 110 DMG by your second turn.
In the game where the stars don't align like that, the rest of your deck can still carry you to victory. By leveraging Misty or Vaporeon's Wash Out ability to move Water energy between your Pokémon, you may also be able to use Articuno ex's Blizzard attack fairly quickly to put damage on both your opponent's Active Pokémon and their Bench.
